Creating a privacy label account
You do not need a privacy label account to create you own privacy labels using our online tool. However, feedback from our users (such as universities) told us they would like to create a LOT of labels, and have a way to manage them.
Creating an account allows gives you some extra features:

| How many labels can I manage? | Our tool is designed to manage one label. You can export and import labels with JSON code, but this is a hassle. If you clear your browser cache you will wipe the label data and will have to re-import it. | Once you are logged in you will have a list of all your labels. You can edit them, clone them (useful for managing translations), or delete them. |
| Easy to update labels? | You can embed the label in your website. This label does not reach out to any server. This protects privacy, but if you want to update it, you will have to generate new embed code with our tool, and replace the old embed code in your website manually. | You have the privacy friendly embed option, but also a second "iframe-embed" option. With an iframe-embed the label will be loaded into your website from our server. The upside is that any change you make in the tool will instantly be reflected wherever you embedded the iframe. |
